Heritage Internet Technologies, an Internet Technology Company, ranked in the top 1% nationally, is hiring Technical Support Representatives to take inbound calls and resolve problems clients are having with their website, e-mail, etc.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of computer hardware/software
• Familiar with Internet terminology including DNS and HTML
• Ability to troubleshoot problems over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills a must!
• Previous Sales or CS experience preferred

Gas allowance available for SL County residents, quick 30 minute commute from South SL County to our Provo office.
